Landscape Planners completed the Landscape Design, Contract Administration and Project Management of Sunset Beach Estate in Geraldton, WA.
Sunset Beach is a Residential Estate comprising of over 300 residential blocks. The landscaping at the estate included the development of entry statements, multiple public open space including an informal amphitheatre and timber bridge, recreational parks, pathways, seating and furniture. The project included the non-irrigated dry-land planting and finishes and revegetation planting and management of the dune revegetation project, designed to stabilise the existing mobile dune system.
